Studio Policies
$50 deposit is required to book an appointment. A requested time slot will be held for 24 hours and if not confirmed with a deposit, will become available for another booking. Deposits can be made through Zelle under my number 213-500-3457 to find Michelle Kolb. The remaining balance for your session must be made upon arrival to the studio.
Please do not show up to your appointment if you have a contagious illness. The session will be cancelled and the $50 deposit will be kept.
There is generally plenty of free street parking. Please allow yourself plenty of time for Los Angeles traffic and to find a legal parking space. If parking is difficult, please text me and if possible I will come down to let you into my garage. I may not respond immediately if I am with another client.
When you arrive at the 530 S. Hewitt st. entrance, search the call box for Kolb,M. After I let you in, proceed to the 5th floor and make a right until you reach #556.
If you arrive early, please do not use the call button until your appointment time. I do not have a waiting room and I may be in session with another client.
If you are running late, please contact me. I will do my best to accommodate you and provide you with a full length treatment. However, if I have a client scheduled after you, the appointment may need to be cut short. You will be responsible for the full session regardless of the actual length of our session.
