Private classes
If you would like to have movement, connection, and creative expression be part of your life but would prefer the privacy of a one on one session then this class is for you! The location for your class can be in my private studio or in the comfort of your own home. Class can be performed while standing or sitting in a chair or wheelchair. Loved ones and care givers are always welcome to participate.
Group Classes
Gather a group of friends together and decide what type of class you would all enjoy and choose a location that suits everyone’s needs. Dance studio, school, assisted living facility, support group, senior center wherever you prefer. Class can be performed while standing or sitting in a chair or wheelchair.
Class Rates
