Working with Michelle is so much more than I anticipated - her knowledge on stabilization of the core is detailed and her coaching and guidance is immediately affective. That alone would make me look forward to her visits but when I add in her warmth and empathic nature I can tell you it's a true blessing on my day when Michelle is a part of it.

I have been attending Michelle‘s weekly dance class for the past four years. Every week I look forward to her class curious to know what our next dance moves will be. Michelle has a special way of working with dancers, especially those who have physical challenges. Michelle’s sparkling eyes, beautiful smile and empathy encourages us to do our best. I would highly recommend attending her classes as it is a good workout and you feel great afterwards!

"I'm the host of a TV show and suffered a stroke while at my studio a few months ago. I was hospitalized for a month and a half, completely paralyzed on my left side. Upon release from the hospital, exercise was highly recommended by my doctors so that I would maintain the range of motion in my paralyzed limbs. A fellow stroke survivor told me about an 'awesome dance teacher' who teaches a free dance class every week for people with neurological difficulties and that I should come check it out. That 'awesome dance teacher' was Michelle! I'm so glad to have found out about her class! Michelle has helped me maintain the range of motion in my arms and legs through her dance techniques; techniques that she has specifically tailored to people like me who have neurological difficulties. She has taken what would normally be a boring or grueling therapy session, and made it, both, fun and therapeutic. Michelle has become a major part of my support team through the use of her neuro-dance therapy. I'm now driving again and working again, and I can't thank Michelle enough for her knowledge, her skill, and for helping me get my life back.
